Well you could try talking to you friend, you could tell her that you would never try to hurt her and just try to talk it out. Or you could talk to the guy and maybe tell him that you would like him but its not the very best time for ya'll to date because you dont want to hurt your friend, if he really likes you he will understand, but if he's like w.e and blows you off he wasnt worth the time.
