TrustMe answered Thursday August 25 2005, 8:03 pm: thats fine, i totaly understand. I was the exact same way. You arn't inserting the tampon in your vagina, you are inserting it in the hole that's in the middle (between your pee hole and your poop hole) now when you first start wearing tampons, it might hurt to put it in and take it out, and sometimes to just basically wear them. But Trust Me, that all goes away in about a few days once your body gets used to them. Now heres a tip. Use Pearl Tampons. They are very comfortable and cheap. it also comes with a piece of paper in the box telling you how to put them in. Just a word of advice, at home put one of your legs on the counter in your bathroom and then stick in the tampon (it glides in more easily with one leg up) (once you get the fat part of the tampon in, you push the long part into the fat part and take the whole thing out, then your tampon is in your body. Take it out everytime you use the rest room and more often on the 1st couple days of your period *those are the heaviest*) Good Luck! and come to me if you have any questions whatsoever!. keep me posted!
