Mengers answered Wednesday August 24 2005, 11:18 pm: hair removing lotion. It's easy, less messy, and it does a darn good job. I recommend Sally Hansen, I usually leave the stuff on for an extra 2 min to make sure that I get rid of it all. [ Mengers's advice column | Ask Mengers A Question ]

- NEVER dry shave.
- Find a shaving cream/gel you're happie with.
- If you can't go out and purchase shaving gel, use a bar of soap and lather your legs up REALLY good, but keep it moist and lathered.. don't let it dry out.
- If you CAN purchase shaving gel, I recommend 'Skintimate's Shaving Gel' or 'Barbasol Shaving Cream".
- Use a good razor, and change it often, if not EVERY time.
- Yes, disposable razors are fine.
- After shaving, you could apply lotion or baby oil to help moisturize, and assist in preventing razor burn.
- DO NOT shave daily!! Try every other two days or so.
