how often should you douche?

you actually should not douche. experts say douching gets rid of **helpful** bacteria in the vagina which may make you more vulnerable to infection and that sort of thing. read up on it more..search it on google if you like.

instead of douching keep the area clean by washing it and keeping it dry (its not good to sit in a wet bathing suit for long periods of time..etc)
