Some people feel the worst at night while trying to get to sleep and noticing they can't, but it's also common to feel sickest in the morning. This is because while sleeping you forgot about your problems and pain and how bad you felt. Then you wake up and remember it all and it's sort of like the feelings rush at you suddenly again all at once. Also, you realize you have to go through another full day of feeling sick and miserable, starting with the moment you try to summon the energy to get out of bed. I'm sorry you feel sick, but try to forget about it if you can because it's a lot easier to deal with then. Hope I helped!
