OK, i like this guy but I've never talked to him before. how do i get him to notice me?

Well, sorry to say, but you can't expect him to fall in love with you just like that. If you've never talked to him before, well the answer is simple- start a conversation! You'll get to know him after a while, and who knows, maybe eventually he will fall madly in love with you.
