I have this pet and he always makes a mess...even after we clean him the next day shavings are all over the table and his cage smells like 2 month aged pee. I hate cleaning his cage especially after knowning he will just make more mess, and I just cant get rid of him because hes so cute. Will you help me?


P.S.: I dont have a firepit, so throwing him in there defintly wont be an answer

Well im wondering what kind of pet you have! lol. I have a hamster and i used to have that problem a lot too. I keep it downstairs and put newspaper under th cage so if shavings do fall out..you can just pick it up after. For the smell but a freshner near it. i hope i helped!
