Loseing weight I want to loose 8 punds before Augest 17. What can I do? I am so desperate I will do anything.

8 pounds????????? Are you insane??????? Don't even worrie about 8 pounds.. honestly.
This is seriously one of the most ridiculous questions I've ever gotten, BUT.. if you INSIST on doing this.. it's really prettie simple. Providing you cut out the EXTREMELY unhealthy foods, such as WHITE bread [substitute it with wheat], cake products, ice cream, hamburgers, and soda... [if you're used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a MAJOR difference within the first two weeks, ALONE. My friend did this.. and we were both shocked to all hell! But really.. if you're only looking to lose 8 pounds.. if you eat right.. it will be gone within 2 weeks anyhow.

Also, as you probably already know, it's best to eat SEVERAL SMALL portions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two hours later have a few crakers, and an hour later have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so forth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that gives your body time to digest it properly. You see, it's better than eating one or two huge meals a day, because with one or two massive meals, your body takes too long to catch up, and it can not burn the calories quick enough. Meaning, it then just quits trying, which ultimately turns the contents into body fat..
Really, just exercise daily, and stay dedicated. Losing weight takes a lot of discipline...
