Question Posted Monday August 8 2005, 2:07 pm

I've been working out a lot for sports, and now I have so much muscle. I used to be really skinny, but now my abs push out my stomach even more, and my thighs are huge. How do you get rid of muscle without not eating?

That's not really possible. I think the only way not to gain muscle is not to do sports, and you most likely wont want to do that. And you cant help but eat. Theres not much that you can do. Technically, you're always gaining muscles. Especially if your athletic.

Omg I hate that I have thighs with a lot of muscle too. What you want to do is make your muscles lean. Pilates can do this. Also, gym memberships. If you go to the gym, going on the treadmill can help. You can set the treadmill to the body type your aiming for. Whether it's lean muscles or like really defined muscles.

Don't be self-conscience about it though. Most people would kill for your body type.

good luck though.
