well ok when you masterbate ok and you finish materbating sperm comes out and when it comes out it fells good (i guess) so you do have to wash your hands and you have to tacke some kind of paper toilet papper or some to wipe your dick and when you do that and if its not sticky no more you dont have to wash your dick.bud if it is i would think that you would and you should soo just be clean with it cuz u dont want it to be sticky in your boxers and stuff :]
