Is there anyway to permanently get rid of dark undereye circles?

Concealer works real good. I read in a magazine that if you put a spoon in the freezer for 10 minutes && then on your eye that it will go away faster. It also probablly happens because you get stressed && if you dont get enough sleep. If it doesnt go away ask your doctor.

ummm... i dont think so but cover up helps a lot! or you could go and get this like permanent make up thing at like a facial place and have them put it on you so that it will stay go0d but most likey i dont think so sorry im trying to help as much as i could
