Put your head right next to his head, touchingof course. make sure your lips are just inches apart thats what i did;-) smile alot and blow him kisses

If he doesn't think you want him to kiss you, he probably won't... Don't just go right out and sa it, but you shouldn't act like you DON'T want him to.
