how much weight could i lose until august 27? and how can i lose 20 pounds?? like exercise n food? i will rateeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

okay well it depends if you are willing to take the chance. DNT STARVE YOURSELF!!!! You just need to eat right and smart. Lay of the candy and eat greens even if you have to shove it down. if you are hungry instead of taking a snack take fruit and for dinner have soy beans and tofu. Fish is also great. but do nottt i repeat do not have junk food. jog everyday either at night or in the morning.. if you have a dog walk it. go to the gym at least 2 times a week.

from now to aug. 27th you could probally lose 15-20 pounds. but it depends on how hard you work to lose weight.
