sims 2 body shop

so i asked something similar to this yesterday but everyons answers sucked! so i'm asking it again but a bit different: alright i have sims 2 bodyshop already but i dont know how to use it. and the page that tells you how to requires you to have adobe acrobat installed on the computer so could someone please send me either the instructions to how to work it or tell me how you use it

im saving the download thing to a disk so i cant download adobe because it needs internet access and its for my other computer. so instructions are preffered.
