Hey Rose!
I kinda like this guy who's 18 and I really want to hook up with him!I was supposed to hook up with him a few times but it just never happend.Now when i ask him to hook up with me he won't because he says I'm too young.I know I'm too young for him but we can't get in trouble for kissing it's not like were having sex or anything.So what do I do? How do i get him?

okay i think i know exactly who this is. Well okay if he thinks you are too young then you cant make him do anything. Just tell him that you only want to kiss and you promise nothing else. Then see what he says. Yes, you cant get in trouble for kissing but it COULD lead to something else. So id say just talk to him and if you dont like what hes doin then move on!
