Well, are you afraid to talk to her or something? Perhaps you're afraid of fear of rejection....but really, think logically, is it going to kill you if she says no? No, it won't. I think you should try to first develop a friendship with her. Act normal,talk to her. Pretend you're just casually talking to one of your friends.Don't push things though. Spend time with her. Find out what she likes and what she doesn't. Then when the time comes, impress her. If she still doesn't like you, i think you should move on.
