okayy .. i HATE my legs & also hate running.. any alternatives? please

What is it that you hate about them?? You find them fat? You find them thick? You can try walking, close to running, but it's not as much as a hassle, ya know. You could do exercises like jumping jacks and jump roping. You could also do squats, but I don't think I'd recommend TOO many squats, as it will build muscle, ultimately making them thicker. And I know you didn't mention any other body part, but if you cut back on sweets and such, you will see a weight loss within your calves, as well as the rest of your body. :)
