I am in love with a boy named Angel, and the thing is , he's in love with me but is so scared about what people think that he won't ask me out, I want to encourage him but I don't know how. what can i do to get him to let his fear go and let him love who he wants? Jessica 14

well why don't you ask him out? if he likes or loves you then it won't be any different if you or him ask the other out. so just go for it. it will work don't worry.
