what do you do when your friend thinks that someone likes them but you know from people that the person doesnt? i just dont have the courage to tell my friend because i am scared that she will get really upset

thats tough - i think you should probably let your friend think this person likes her, but if she gets really caught up and keeps telling people then you should tell her, maybe you can say .. "you`re my friend and i want the best for you and i heard so & so likes someone else and i don`t want you to get hurt" so she knows you care and want the best for her. good luck !
