Hi Ummm . . . my period was on the 13th of this month but I didn't have it again and I've masterbated like 3 times and a lot of stuff came out but no blood. so whats going on?

If you had your period the 13th, you shouldn't be due again until around August 10th. It's natural for stuff to come out when you masturbate. As long as it's generally clear, not clumpy, or have a strong odor, I wouldn't worry about it.
