You are probably what we consider to be borderline weight for your height.
What age are you?
My advice to you would be to try to shed five or six pounds, gradually over a period of time, NOT by crash dieting.
You are very sensible to be concerned about heart disease, it goes without saying that eating a low fat diet which incorporates fresh fruit and vegetables as often as possible will go a long way to guard against this.
Be confident about the way you look, you are NOT grossly overweight by any means. [ DrJenny's advice column | Ask DrJenny A Question ]
