well i googled this and it says that they will diminish over time and there is nothing that will get rid of them completely and its perfectly normal for girls to get them because of going through puberty. sorry, but it does say you can cover them with water proof make up. oh wait also it says there is this natural stuff that you can but but its $33.95, and another site i read on said that the creams and stuff are often pricey and dont work. sooo i hope i helped a little?
