Then the other person lays with their feet up to the other persons head. 69 is a sexual position. It's where oral can be done BY both partners TO both partners at the SAME time. Basically.. it's where one person lays on their back FACE UP. Then the OTHER partner lays ON TOP of them FACE DOWN... with their feet at the other persons head. What this does is allow each partner to have their mouth up in the other one's groin.
