Hmm, try going onto Barbizon.com and sending them your information, of give them a call :). Dont worry about your height, not ALL MODELS have to be tall, just mostly supermodels.

Models do more than just appear on the run-ways. The people you see in flyer for Walmart and catalogs for clothing are all models. While the general perception of modeling involves being tall, clothing models for catalogs and magazines are all shapes and sizes.

Get together a few good pictures of you. It does not have to be professional, just a clear shot showing who you are. Both face and a full-body shot (clothed) should be sent. Make sure to not go overboard with the makeup as most modeling agencies have their own idea of how their models should look.

Then go online and find a reputable agency. One that has the Better Business Bureau logo is a good shot since they are watched closely for any "weird stuff". An example of a site you might try is www.supermodelscouts.com. This site allows you to post a profile which modeling agencies can search through when they're looking for that perfect person for a job.

I hope this helps. Good luck in your modeling career.
