can people please help me find out more about byiton [sp?]] and amino acids? There both vitamins to help your hair grow but i do not know the difference between them. I want to take 1 of these to help my hair grow but im not sure which one to choose. Could you guys help please?

Amino acids are not vitamins, although proteins are made of amino acids and hair is made of a type of protein (keratin). Amino acids in your shampoo will not help your hair grow because your hair cannot absorb it.

As for the other thing that you mentioned, do you mean pyrithione? Searching for byiton on Google doesn't give any relevant results. That is for treating dandruff.
