i like this kid & he likes me. but we never seem to talk other then online, so yea i guess its not really going anywhere. we always make plans to hang out, but somthing always seems to go wrong. maybe gods not on my side, lol. well what should i do? i suck. maybe thats the answer.

no you dont suck lol . keep talking to him/her and keep making plans. cause if him/her is making up exuses to not hang out with you, then sooner or later they will run out lol. But wait. to me, this seems like you never really met before, or you havent talked a lot before. and your both just scared. is that the case? -Toni-
