im 15/fi have trouble putting in a tampon it seems like theres no hole for it to go in can you give me tips on how to put it in? ive read the instructions that came with it but it didnt help

Forbiddenxo answered Monday July 11 2005, 9:23 pm: Well there has to be a hole, all women have a vagina "hole".If you've had your period, the whole that you put the tampon in is where your blood comes out.Its between your uretha(where your pee comes out) and your anus.Keep touching that area eventually you will find it.And obviously you are a virgin which is why the whole is so small so use the lowest absorbancy tampons and make sure you put your tampon in when your vagina is wet(I think you know what I mean).Keep practicing.It took me putting in and taking out about 24 tampons before I could get the hang of it, and after that it felt uncomfortable for about 4 days then I got used to it. It's normal to feel uncomfortable at first, but not painful.If you have any more q's dont be afraid to ask
