Does he love me?

Hi. I'm Sophie. I'm 15 and live in the Upstate area of South Carolina. There's this boy that goes to my school, who just wont really notice me. He's really popular and I'm not. I've liked him for a while now, but he has a girlfriend.I think he is the sweetest, hottest guy there. How do I get him to notice me? How do I get him to know I'm there?
