Shy both ways

Question Posted Thursday July 7 2005, 12:15 pm

On the last day of school a boy told me he liked me, well his friend did, the problem is this boy is very, very shy and i have never talked to him. I would like to get to know him but the next problem is that i am also very, very shy. Since both of us are very shy how do i get to know him better?

You should try your hardest just to be as brave as you can, and walk up to him and say 'Hey, your friend told me that you like me.' You know just confront him about the whole situation. You can rephrase it in any which that you would feel more comfortable saying. As long as you get that message across it should be fine. Then I bet, that after all of that's say and done, that he will respond to you. And it might be a little aquard at first, but trust me after a few little aquard silences y'all will start to feel more comfortable around each other. Trust me one this one.. you won't regret it, but you will if you don't say anything at all. Please keep me updated. Good luck!
