Long Distance I'm a 19 year old female and If 2 people clearly love each other and want to be together, is it possible to continue a relationship if one of us is an hour away at another college? I know it's not that far, but for the lat 18 months we've never spent more than a week apart. Is it normal for one to have doubts, but the other one have some much hope for the future?

Hmm, in short, yes it is normal to have doubts. And also, yes it is very very possible to make it work. No you probably are already aware of this, but it may be very difficult for the two of you. An hour is not bad at all. I think the best thing for the two of you to do would be to sit down before you both have to go your seperate ways and tlak about the fact that this is going to be the first time the to of you were apart for so long. Also, talk about the fact that you are going to need to have complete trust and faith in each other. Promise to discuss things with another. You may even want to set aside a time for the two of you to talk to each other every night via email, IM, or phone. Also, you should each try to trade off coming to visit one another. Like I said, it won't be easy but it's very possible to do. In time the doubts will fade, you just need trust and faith. Honesty and trust will get you through this. Just communicate and everything will work out the way they need to be. :) ]
