How to download (Audacity)

Thanks for your previous answer,souds great but is it safe to download AUDACITY? and befor downloading it's asking me to select a (mirror)"Don't Know What This Is" also, after download it says the publisher is unknown is this Ok? Don't know what mirror to use. Sorry for my ignorance,but don't download much can you help?
