"Here's Your Sign"

Last night I was watching the Blue Collar Comedey Tour on tv and one of the guys, after every joke he'd tell would say. "Here's Your Sign".
What does that mean??!

What a great show. I love those guys.
"Heres your sign" is kind of another way of saying "stupid question". I don't know how else to explain it. You know this person is a dummy lets hang a sign around his neck. He actually has a song called Heres your Sign that was popular a year or so ago. Maybe you could find it somewhere, it would explain it better than I!
