I noticed that people are asking questions about the day after pill. Can you get the day after pill at planned parenthood without your parents knowing? especially if youre under 18. I'm 16 and a virgin, but im just wondering if it DOES ever happen, could i just drive up to planned parenthood and get the pill and no one would find out? cause my parents would kill me. thanks

What would happen is you would call and make an appointment to see one of the doctors. They will ask you a lot of questions and you do need to be prepared for them to explain to you the risks of sex. They will then give you a prescription, it's usually about $18 and then if you ever are in that position again you would just need to call in and ask for it and you don't have to go through the whole doctor thing again. They take good care of you, that's where I would send my friends if they ever needed help. I hope this helps!
