Okay, well, I've tried many ways to try to convince my mom to let me get red streaks in my hair permanently...and she keeps on refusing. Then, I said can I get it on my thirteenth birthday because you know I'm turning a teenager and she still said no! How can I convince my mom to let me do this...and how can I convince her to let me dress the way I want in general? I want to leave the house looking like my own odd style, but she refuses to let me have any individuality at all! I tried talking to her but it didn't help me! PLEASE HELP ME!

well you can start by saying since im going to be a teenager i should have some more privlages and it seems like youve tried that but do very seriously and if it doesnt work cry over it and say that they are treating you like a baby trust me it always works. if thst doesnt work you can maybe talk to your grandma or older cousin and theyll understand and maybe can talk to your mom.
