i think ive gone mental but im not sure im banging my head of the wall and tryin to do back flips of the wall and punching myself is there something wrong with me and if so how can i fix it?

hmmm... maybe Just try to take deep breathes and relax, Punch a pillow or something if u get mad, or talk to one of your friends, parents, or anyone that your close to you to help also maybe try something calming like yoga or meditating anything like that <3 yours truely Alyssa ann <3 ♥
