i wanted so badly to look good in my bikini this summer so i did lots of sit-ups, i ran alot, and i ate healthy. but now, i realizd my bone structure is really big.. so it kind of makes me look fat. like my theighs are really wide. can someone give me some tips on slimming them down??

distinguishable answered Monday June 20 2005, 8:22 pm: Bone structure is hard to change, but eating a lot of potassium, (in bananas) lowers the calcium absorption which may help in closing down the bone range. Otherwise, running most likely made your thighs bigger. (I'm a runner, and it adds a lot of muscle... it makes them a LOT wider than I thought too.) Try walking long distance a lot instead; it evens out the muscles in your legs by far, so you'll have great calves too!
