Well, my life seems to be repeating, I am happy and living life then it seems to come crashing down and I have an emotional breakdown. Then my friends ask me if I'm okay and I mostly say yes. Then the whole thing happens again, I'm happy then the emotional breakdown and so on. Do you know any way that I can stop this from happening? Please don't tell me to just hang out and talk with my friends because none of them will talk to me about it, which makes it even harder.

Tennisplyr7 answered Saturday June 18 2005, 2:45 pm: wow...i guess i kind of know how you feel...like sometimes life is so great...it seems like it couldn't be any better but then all of a sudden something happens and you get so confused and sad and you really dont know what to say to anyone...um yeah well, there is probably a lot of things bothering you right now and one thing you could do is type it or write it...i know it doesnt always help but sometimes i know i am even confused about what is bothering me and sometimes when i write it...it makes it more clear to me so i know who i should talk to. and you need to reelvaluate what a friend really is...maybe your friends are scared to talk to you about it because they don't want to make it worse. but wow, i'm not too good at this...well i think your best bet would be that when you get sad or mad and have this "emotional breakdown" just think about what you can do yourself to solve it and also, i know this sounds difficult, but just think of all the positive things in your life. even though it may seem that your friends don't care about you, they do. and don't let one setback get you down...and do not let something that someone says hurt you...they care a lot about you and so does your family. maybe you could find a family friend or a trusted adult to talk to. i'm sorry if i didnt really help...let me know if there is aly thing else i can do...
