hey britt i am going to be a model so i have to lose one inch do you have any suggjestions on how i can lose weight

Hey becka a way to lose one inch is to either keep a diet book record everything inside there like how many calories and how much fat and sodium and crap like that.

another way you can lose a inch is to stay healthy. Drink water all day and foods like Grapes,Apples,Apple Sauce, and foods that are good for you and make you look perfect so you can be a model .
