I think mission trips are the best way for someone to be able to get closer to god in my opinion. They are so uplifting and make me feel so good inside, and i love it when i am able to go. How do you feel about mission trips, and do you plan on going?

I am definately going on the mission trip!!! I've gone on a mission trip the past 2 years with my church (Whites Chapel) and they have been the best weeks of my life no doubt! There are a lot of ways to get closer to God, and different experiances reach people in different ways, but for me going on mission trip is like the feul for my faith for the rest of the year! Its just so amazing serving people for God and having fun doing it. I have made so many friends from other states and it's so cool to me that the basis of our friendship is our common faith, i think thats just so awesome! I agree-- they are very uplifting and it feels so good giving back just a little of what God has given you b/c i know i'm extremely blessed! So anyone and everyone should go on a mission trip it'll change you for sure!
