how do you get this?
I have viewed other people's columns and they have like... music on them and cool little cursers when you click on them and stuff... how do you get that? do you have to have a paid account???please help... for anyone who can help, i'll rate a 5!

On the left side of the screen, if you scroll down to the category miscellaneous you will see help/FAQ.
If you click that link you will find all the answers to this question. Just in case you are confused about where that link is, here is the exact link to click on to get to the page for customizing your column:

If you notice that there are not a lot of answers to your question, it is because this question has been asked eighty million times.
The FAQ contains the answer to this and many other frequently asked questions. That is after all what FAQ stands for. :-)
If you have some more specific questions that you can't figure out after reading the FAQ, then please feel free to ask another question and I am sure everybody here will be more than happy to help you out they might even add your new question to the FAQ! :-)

PS: The official policy of the owners is that those things are not needed or wanted here. That is what is in the FAQ, but you can get a paid account and do whatever you want with your column pretty much. ;-)
