Ok, thats great that you like him. Ok, so just go up to him and be like hey whats up. I know it'll probably be hard but its a first step. Then if he says nothing much then you say cool. Say you like his shirt or somethin. Just say easy stuff that you would say to your guy friends. Good Luck! I hope i helped with the rating thing...
