Get some really thick books, maybe some weight loss ones, then just lie flat on the ground. Have a sibling stack the books on top of the areas you want flattened until you feel great pain and pressure.
Keep them there for 2-3 weeks and most importantly DONT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING. You can't move or it wont work.
If that doesn't work then maybe try what the cool kids are doing and just drink, smoke and cut your wrists until the problems go away. [ poa's advice column | Ask poa A Question ]

Only have one snack at least 2 hours after and by snack i mean fruit. Now workout wise start running one mile a day. Then in a week or so move to 2 miles and so on. Do a lot of crunches and sit ups. Do leg ups and stuff like that. Hope i helped. [ eternitysofbliss's advice column | Ask eternitysofbliss A Question ]
