ipod help


Question Posted Sunday June 5 2005, 4:30 pm

So a long time ago, i took my pc to best buy and then it deleted all my songs from itunes. so i imported all of the songs back to itunes and then i wanted to update the ipod and it won't work. does anyone know what i should do?

the same thing happened to me you have to hit update manualy and then the songs you have on ur ipod will come up and u put the new songs in that box. hope i helped

your iPod now recognizes your computer as a second computer (since you probably reinstalled the iPod when the computer came back). Once the iPod has had music from multiple computers it doesn't do automatic updating on PCs. On Mac it doesn't automatically update at all.

So, you have to manually select songs and add them on. have fun.
