Many people think that not drinking a lot of water will result in less blaoting or water retention but it's infact the exact opposite. Your body retains water when you're not drinking enough of it. The body tries to hold on to any water in its system for as long as possible because it's not receiving enough.
Water is essential to the body's functionality so it's important that it's getting enough of it.
