ummm i was wondering if tampons hurt. i want to start using them because you can swim with them but im afraid that it will hurt going in and out, any tips? and can you swim when you have your period if you dont wear a pad?

Hey! No tampons don't hurt when you put them in but occasionally when you take them out because the tampon hasn't "absorbed" enough so it's still hard a little..so don't take it out to soon! And when you put them in tilt it towards your back! and i wouldn't suggest swimming with pads..and you probably can swim..but it might leak a little without a tampon or pad..♥
