You go to edit profile and type the word "this".

You mean your column link? Well on the left side of this page, click on 'Your Advice Column', copy the URL (it looks like this; [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) but the NAME will be replaced by your name). Go to your buddy list and at the top, go to 'My AIM', then to 'Edit Profile' and once you get to the section where you edit your profile, click on 'link' that's in blue, paste the URL in the 'Hyperlink URL' section and underneath that, you can type in My Column in the 'Hyperlink Text' section. Or you can just paste the whole link in your profile and click on 'Finish' when you're done.
