i need a good tined mostuizer that will get rid of redness, and a good like powder eyeliner that is good for a girl with dark brown hair and fair skin, also dark brown eyes, but my skin tone is very light for my hair, ( my hair is naturally dark and my mom won't let me die it) please help thank you soo much

Try baby lotion - it works good. umm Some good Eyeliner I use is Revlon . I hope I've helped
