A long spoon or a hairbrush would probably work. You could also rub it on the corner of a wall, but I find that doing this usually makes it worse. How about asking someone else to scratch it for you?
Hope I helped!

Hair brush, stick, rub it up against the corner of a wall or any other hard and/or uneven surface. A tree would work just as good.

I think you need to use a medicine that can help in lessening or making the itch gone. The name is Calladryl. It's very effective. Hope it'll help!
