I have:
Blue eyes,
Puffy lips,
Tropical yet slightly tanned skin,
And multi coloured hair with colours of: ginger, blonde, black and light brown my hair is feathered.
Help me and give me some clothes and make- up tips.

Whatever you have briefed us about your pofile. I think you are beautiful but have not maintained it properly. A funny look you maintained of your good things.
You have to put UV Avo Sunscreen on your face then put light pinkish lipstick colour use as a shadow on your eyes then put grey colour linar then make a outline of your lips with dark pin colour and put lip balm first and then put pink lipstic on it to give glossy look. If you want to colour your hairs you have to colour burgandy colour not whole hairs but slit on your hairs. then make your hair slighly curl. Like cut your hair step cut and razor in front not too much shot. then make a ponny inthe night and ponny should be fold in inner side and put rubber band to tightined and in the morning after fresh you have to open your hairs and see if you put clutture and on it will looks beautiful.

go with a shiny tan eye shadow with mascara.
go with the white and light coclr for shirts. blu jean material if fine for pants

Okay heres what i would suggest
Eyes.. i would line your eyes with a balck eyeliner, and wear some black mascara.. also wear some eyeshdow not bright or dark color but like grays, whites, and maybe a medium blue color
Lips..Lipgloss clear
Skin complexion.. sounds to me your a decent complextion and dont need a certain foundation maybe a lil bit of blush if youd like
Hair...i would keep you hair the way it is.. lots of highlights are beautiful.. and id wear it up some days and down others..
Well summer is coming up so skirts,shorts and capris are going to be in stlye maybe get a darker tan thats always sexy on a girl.. and lil shirts.. hope i helped ♥

i think you would look good in pink!! i think you could be cute in a pink skirt... maybe purple/black eyeliner with pink eyeshadow!... i think you would look nice in pretty much anything but try and stay away from dark colors like black.. it will drownd out your face etc. but the eyeliner would be alright <3 lol hope i helped

Oh.. hm.. well you would look great in a flirty pink skirt and a cute white top hm.. and make up wise hm.. lip gloss would look good on you. and light eye shawdow.
