ok, so my gf goes to church with me and we were asked to list 5 things we wanna do in the next year, and she wrote "date a sophmore" and im in 7th gradethat kinda bothered me

Wow, Your right thats kinda weird. Maybe shes not one of those girls whos looking for a long term relationship, or maybe she was kidding to see how you respond. It may be a test to see if your mature enough for her. i think you are. Lay back a bit and wait a while then comfront her about it, just talk to her about how you were wondering if shes going to stick with you or try to date a sophmore.. Sry to brake the news to you but you may be a second choose for a sophmore she likes but couldnt get SRY!
